Shipping policy
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All weekday orders are processed on the same day if placed before 2 pm. All weekend orders are processed on Sundays and dispatched on Monday mornings.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the customer.
- International Delivery: We aim to dispatch these deliveries ASAP, but we are constrained by how long it may take parcels to get through customs, so these shipping times will vary.
