ONESCK Return Policy

We want you to love your socks. If the colour wasn’t what you expected or the size didn’t feel quite right, you’re always welcome to return them. No problem at all.

You may return your item within 180 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

Original packaging is not required, as our socks cannot be seen without opening the box.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different colour or size, please return your item and place a new order.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Minor Size Differences

Due to the natural stretch and knitting process of our premium cotton, a small variation of 0.5–1 cm can occur between socks.

This is normal and does not affect the fit once worn.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

UK Tracked Delivery is £2.25 on orders under £20.
Orders over £20 qualify for free UK delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.

For returns made due to size, preference, or change of mind, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if your order qualified for free shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Packaging damage alone does not qualify as a defective item, unless the product itself is affected.

We review each case individually and will offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.
